Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original package, tags and labels attached.
Normally, We will ask you to sign the receipt when the goods are delivered. If there is any damage found or any other issue with product, You can refused to do signature on the receipt, so the item will be returned for replacement without any additional cost. You must return the item when the delivery team is at your place.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] and place the item securely in with original packaging with unused product and hand over to the delivery team for return when they are at your place.
(The customer will be responsible for return shipping)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email/ SMS when your return has been processed.
The following item cannot be returned or exchanged:
-Custom Made Products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number immediately while the delivery team at your place to arrange a refund or exchange. Once the delivery left your place we are NOT responsible of any damage of the product.
-We provide 3-days return and exchange period, After 3 days we do not provide any warranty or guarantee for its products, whether it is the fault of the customer or the manufacturer.
-The Item must be returned with original packaging with unused and undamaged product.
-Customer is the fully responsible to inspect the goods before delivery team leaves.
-Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
-We does not offer a refund for change of mind purchase.
-We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
